Audience size is the number of customers who fit the criteria for a particular audience. These are the potential recipients of a campaign aimed at that audience. The audience size might change from when you create the campaign to when you actually send it because more customers may match the criteria, or some customers may no longer meet the criteria during that time.
Note: To send customer engagement campaigns, your tailored audience must have at least 100 customers.
