Granting Amazon Vendor
Access to Adverio

Two separate systems  ·  grant one or both  ·  ~10 minutes

🏭

Your Amazon vendor setup lives in two separate places with two separate logins. Vendor Central holds your catalog, POs, and operational data. Amazon Ads holds your campaigns and lives at advertising.amazon.com. They are granted independently, so you can give us ads access alone if that's all the engagement needs.

🏭

Vendor Central

vendorcentral.amazon.com

Catalog, purchase orders, shipments, returns, and operational reports. The deeper grant, used for full account management.

Deeper access
🎯

Amazon Ads

advertising.amazon.com

Campaigns and ad reporting only. Touches none of your PO, payment, or catalog data. The lighter grant.

Amazon Ads Console

Role: Editor  ·  campaigns and reporting, no billing

This is granted at advertising.amazon.com, completely separate from Vendor Central. There are two ways to do it. Method A is the quickest. Method B is cleaner if we already manage other accounts for you.

Method A — Invite us as a user
  1. Sign in at advertising.amazon.com with the credentials linked to your vendor ad account.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Administration, then Account access and settings.
  3. On the Users tab, click Invite users.
  4. Enter ppc@adverio.io and set the permission level to Editor.
  5. Click Send invite. We'll accept and begin.
Choosing the right level
LevelWhat it allows
ViewerView and export reports only. Use if you want us to audit before managing.
Editor Use thisCreate, edit, and optimize campaigns plus all reporting. No billing or user changes.
AdminEverything in Editor plus billing and the ability to add or remove users. More than ad management needs.

Method B — Approve our manager account
  1. We send a manager account link request to your ad account. You'll get a pending request.
  2. Sign in at advertising.amazon.com.
  3. Go to Access and settings → Manager account.
  4. Click Approve on the Adverio request.
Why Method B: you approve once and our whole team is covered, rather than inviting individual users. It also keeps your ads access cleanly separated from everything else. Tell your Adverio contact if you'd prefer this route and we'll send the request.
🔒 You stay in control. Both grants are independent and reversible. Removing our Vendor Central access never affects ads, and vice versa. Either can be revoked in one click from its own settings page.
