Pet House (One Fur All) entered Q2 with rising ad costs, a -9.1% YoY revenue slide, and a TACoS far above target. Adverio was brought in to reverse course fast. Through aggressive waste removal, conversion-focused creative updates, and a Subscribe & Save growth push, the brand rebounded. In just four months, TACoS fell from 14.7% to 10.4%, ROAS rose from 3.1 to 3.8, and monthly sales climbed +18.8% — restoring both momentum and profitability ahead of schedule.
